Billing procedure

EduBorealis will send you a bill six weeks before the course starts. The bill must be paid by the date given on the bill. The reference number must be mentioned when paying. 

If you cancel your reservation later than 30 days before the course begins, EduBorealis will charge  130 for the cancellation (the registration fee). If you cancel later than 15 days before the course begins, EduBorealis will charge you the full amount of accommodation and the registration fee.
